Finish line for today – at 6.00pm and we are all exhausted. Last session was an open forum Q&A on the Producer Group and then a presentation by Asif Syed on his practice financial analysis systems. A fantastic first day. Dinner to follow.

Afternoon tea. I have shared and explained my 12 predictions for the future of dentistry and introduced the concept of Producer Groups. You can hear a pin drop.

We are taking our first break at 11.15am after listening to the 29 delegates introduce themselves. A diverse group of UK dental principals who have invested 2 days in a meeting with no agenda and no advance preparation. That takes courage on their part and nerve on mine.
