The facilities and environment are first class, including the inspired
feature of free internet access.
There is a moral here – give something really valuable free of charge as an added
value service to loyal customers.
I get quite irritated at having to pay an average £15.00 for 24 hours access
when and if my 3G data card cannot pick up a strong enough signal.
It costs the Radisson very little to provide me with Wifi during the whole
of my stay –and yet it persuades me to consider a switch for the future,
not just here in Northern Ireland but throughout the UK.
Good marketing in my opinion.
What could you do to achieve the same effect in your business?
