How do you train people who simply do not see that it matters so that they change into 'attention to detail' people. Is it a money thing or a genetic / personality thing? In dentistry, it's mission critical: the work of an attention-to-detail dentist lasts longer than the average volvo. The casual approach of the 'it-does-not-matter' merchant fails prematurely like an old Alfa. which is worse

I cant see what's wrong with it? It's clear and easy to read, it says what to do in a simple way, and it stops people leaving floaters in the bog!
