• Monday morning – IDH workshop today in Staffs – but I have 2 days work on my desk #
• very disconcerting that I've been up for 90 minutes and its still dark outside! #
• presenting in a conference centre designed to look like Chernobyl… #
• really nice people here today – slowly building trust and confidence #
• so very impressed with the quality of the IDH people at today's workshop #
• a mammoth business development day today – you should see my list! #
• If you can hear the sound of mountains having been moved – that'll be me. Exhausted but very satisfied. #
• suited, booted and ready to go – 2 days in South Yorkshire talking shop with a good mate #
• twice around Langsett Reservoir with Alex – we shoot the breeze all day and grow more confident #
• "Negativity stifles creativity" – George Adam on Radio 4 this morning #
• working at my Macbook with Lillie and Annabella – how lucky am I? #
• Don't do boutique dentistry, do business class dentistry #
• interesting day – teaching NHS clinic team to "expose themselves to the risk" of private sales #
• OMG – just woke up after driving 378 miles last night…. #
• never judge a book by its cover – every patient is £2000 #
• cannot get my head in gear – very distracted, very tired and very happy to be at home – today will be ambling pace #
• report in Dentistry magazine today that IDH is for sale is totally inaccurate #
• Tactics = put the ladder against the wall. Strategy = which wall? (was that Covey?) #
• Counting my blessings that I'm busy BUT working Saturday and Sunday morning to try and catch up with "stuff" – not good. #
• and so, after 8 hours at my desk this morning, I walk away to enjoy the rest of Sunday. #
