  • Off to Truro this morning – taking Annie to work and then some Christmas shopping – typical bloke (last minute). #
  • Cheese and marmite panini and a gingerbread latte http://bit.ly/7B83Y9 #
  • Christmas shopping stage one complete. Stage 2 shortly. Working the list. #
  • just finished wrapping – now to make a spag with meatballs #
  • @alunkrees I know – its my feminine side in reply to alunkrees #
  • sat here answering emails with apple and blueberry Quaker Oats – washing machine broken – a housekeeping disaster! #
  • preparing tonight's dinner – herby grilled chicken kebabs #
  • dinner all ready for this evening – off to see my hygienist – guess who? #
  • @davypeters always welcome mate in reply to davypeters #
  • if they leave the practice without saying "YES" then 1 in 6 who "think about it" proceed to treatment. You must CLOSE the deal. #
  • and now….. first ride on my new bike #
  • and then the washing machine repair man called to say he will be here in 10 minutes. Truly doomed. #
  • washing machine repair men – the best guys around – its fixed! I can wash things! Now – back to the bike ride. #
  • First bike ride in the cold and wet! Gentle start – 40 minutes and 8.4 miles – every journey begins with a single step (pedal?) #
  • Annie at Sainsburys cheese counter "can I have a taste of your tickler please?' #
  • This evening we are cooking grilled pork chops with broccoli and beans – Annie wants to lead so I am relegated to apprentice #
  • Bike ride number 2 – coming up shortly – all about creating a successful habit. #

Chris Barrow is co-founder of Barrow Kwong Hing Group of Companies, a private dental corporate active in independent and retail dentistry and post-graduate dental education, operating in the UK and Canada. Chris has been active as a consultant, trainer and coach to the UK dental profession for over 15 years. As a speaker he is dynamic, energetic and charismatic. In 1993 Chris moved into business coaching and became one of the first UK students at Coach University, from where he graduated as a certified coach. In 1997, he created The Dental Business School (DBS) and the development of a 12-month business coaching programme for dental practice owners and their teams, delivered to over 400 UK dental practices in the following 10 years.

 In the last 5 years Chris has acted as a Non-Executive Director, Director and Consultant to a number of dental corporates, whilst maintaining his freelance activity as a dental business coach for independent practice owners.
