As BKH expands, my capacity to take on new coaching clients diminishes.
I need to identify a good business coach who can walk into a dental practice and ‘nail it’ for the owners – then develop and nurture that into a long-term coaching relationship.
Someone who ‘gets it’ and doesn’t spout text books or other people’s IP.
Someone who can challenge the status quo – give the client direct (and sometimes painful) feedback.
Someone who isn’t afraid of losing the deal because they have told the truth.
Someone who doesn’t tolerate and works hard every day, striving for excellence.
Who is that person?

Chris Barrow is co-founder of Barrow Kwong Hing Group of Companies, a private dental corporate active in independent and retail dentistry and post-graduate dental education, operating in the UK and Canada.
