Employee benefits dentistry – a proposal

Proposal from XYZ to Big Co Plc

Summary of overall proposal

As head of a busy Health, Safety & Environment department you know only too well the importance of reducing absenteeism and boosting staff retention through innovative and worthwhile employee benefits. Did you know though that a staggering 12 million working days are lost each year due to dental problems? We at XYZ would welcome the opportunity to become the recommended dentist. This would reduce downtime due to our very close proximity to your offices and hopefully improve staff loyalty by offering them added benefits.

With so many things that can be associated with employee benefits it can be very difficult to decide what to do. Using a PEO to help you through the benefits process.
